1Acceptance of Terms of Use
By accessing, registering for, or using any part of the xhtab4 platform available on our official website, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be fully bound by these Terms & Conditions.
These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you as the user and xhtab4 as the platform operator. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you are required to cease using the platform immediately.
The xhtab4 platform is intended solely for individuals who are 18 years of age and above and who are legally eligible to participate in online entertainment activities under applicable laws in Malaysia. Users are solely responsible for ensuring that their use of the platform is lawful in their jurisdiction.

2Account Creation & Security
To access the full range of xhtab4 services, you are required to register a personal account by providing accurate, complete, and current information, including your full name, date of birth, and valid contact details. Each user is only permitted to hold one active account. Registering multiple accounts under the same individual may result in the suspension or closure of all associated accounts without prior notice.
You are solely responsible for keeping your login credentials — including your username and password — confidential. All activity that occurs under your account is considered your own. xhtab4 will not be held liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access resulting from your failure to safeguard your account security information.
If you suspect your account has been accessed without authorisation, please contact our support team immediately. xhtab4 uses SSL encryption and multi-layered security measures to protect your personal data; however, security at the user level remains your own responsibility.
Xhtab4 reserves the right to require identity verification at any time as part of our compliance and fraud prevention process. Failure to provide the requested verification documents within the stipulated timeframe may result in temporary suspension or closure of your account.
3User Responsibilities & Prohibited Activities
User Responsibilities
- Using the platform for legitimate entertainment purposes only
- Providing accurate personal information during registration and verification
- Comply with all game rules and bonus terms and conditions
- Report any technical issues or suspicious activity to xhtab4
- You are responsible for all transactions made through your account
Prohibited Activities
- Using automation software, bots, or scripts to access the platform
- Attempting to hack, breach, or disrupt platform systems
- Engaging in fraud, misrepresentation, or falsification of information
- Using another person's account or sharing login credentials
- Engaging in money laundering or any other illegal financial activity through the platform
- Spreading content that is violent, racially offensive, or otherwise unlawful
Violating any of the above prohibitions may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of credit balance, and appropriate legal action. xhtab4 reserves the right to take any measures deemed necessary to protect the integrity of the platform and the interests of other users.
4Payment & Transaction Information
All financial transactions on the xhtab4 platform are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (RM). We support a variety of popular local payment methods for the convenience of users in Malaysia.
Minimum and maximum deposit amounts, as well as withdrawal limits, are subject to our current policies, which can be reviewed in the FAQ section or by contacting our support team. All deposits are processed within the designated timeframe depending on the chosen payment method.
Withdrawals will be processed to the same account or payment method used for the deposit, subject to successful identity verification. xhtab4 reserves the right to request additional documents before approving any withdrawal to ensure security and compliance with anti-money laundering regulations.
Any transaction errors must be reported to the xhtab4 support team within 48 hours of the transaction taking place. After this period, xhtab4 reserves the right not to consider claims related to that transaction. All transactions are final once confirmed by the system, unless a technical error on the platform's part can be demonstrated.

5Liability Limits & Account Policy
Xhtab4 Liability Limits
Xhtab4 shall not be liable for any indirect, consequential, or punitive losses arising from the use of this platform, including financial losses resulting from game outcomes, service disruptions, or technical failures beyond our control.
The platform is provided on an "as is" basis. xhtab4 does not guarantee that the service will always be free from interruptions or errors. Every effort will be made to ensure service continuity; however, scheduled maintenance or unforeseen events may cause temporary disruptions.
Account Suspension & Closure
Xhtab4 reserves the right to suspend or close a user's account for the following reasons: breach of Terms & Conditions, suspected fraudulent activity, failure to complete identity verification, or at the user's own request.
Users whose accounts have been suspended for security or investigation reasons are entitled to contact our support team for clarification. If an account is closed at the user's request, any eligible balance will be processed for withdrawal once all reviews have been completed.
Xhtab4 also reserves the right to close accounts that have been inactive for more than 12 months, provided prior notice has been sent to the user's registered email.
6Intellectual Property, Third Parties & Changes to Terms
Intellectual Property
All content on the xhtab4 platform — including logos, designs, text, graphics, software, and layout — is the exclusive property of xhtab4 or its licensors. Users may not copy, redistribute, modify, or use any of this content for commercial purposes without prior written consent.

Changes to Terms & Applicable Law
Xhtab4 reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. Users will be notified of material changes via the platform or their registered email. Continued use of the platform after changes take effect will be considered acceptance of the revised terms.
